In
the past it was traditional for mothers to rise early and create a spread
with bacon, eggs and toast, or pancakes with lashings of maple syrup and
fruit. In this modern day, not only do mothers not have time for this,
we acknowledge that those foods are not good for us. In today's health
conscious society, the modern healthy family seeks to avoid sugars, saturated
fats and oils, in an effort to save our bodies and health.
